Tianjin Jinna Economic Development Area
1992年成立，是中心城区和滨海新区的重要辐射区和承接区。周边的京津塘高速、津晋高速、丹拉高速与在建的天津大道构成了现代大立体交通网络。园区规划面积18平方公里，已实现七通一平，配套成熟，能源供应充足。现有待招商土地面积400多亩，待招商厂房面积50000多平方米。
Founded in 1992, Tianjin Jinna Economic Development Area is the key radiation area and connecting area between urban area and Binhai New District. The surrounded Beijing-Tinjin-Tanggu Expressway, Jinji Expressway and Dandong-Lasa Expressway as well as the being constructed Tianjin road constitutes modern three-dimensional traffic network. With 18 sq.km planned area, it has reached Seven connections and One Smooth with mature matched equipments and sufficient energy supply. The to-be investment inviting land area is more than 400 Mu and the to-be investment inviting workshop area is more than 50 000 sq.m.
随着开发区的发展，区内产业不断集聚，形成了电子信息、机械制造、塑胶制品等三大主导行业和石油装备机械产业链，设立了天津国际金属物流园和创业中心。天津国际金属物流园，总规划面积5000亩，定位于国际金属物流总部基地；区内创业中心总建筑面积30万平方米，是用于发展总部经济、引进服务于第三产业的创业专用基地，定位于制造业设计研发销售、文化教育业创意产业、咨询、策划、采购配送等服务业，目前已进驻企业100余家。
With the development of development area, its industry experienced accumulating to form three leading industries of electronic information, mechanical manufacture and plastic products as well as oil equipment mechanical industrial chain. It set up Tianjin International Metal Logistics Park and innovation center. The Tianjin International Metal Logistics Park, with total construction area of 300 000 sq.m., is to develop headquarter economy and introduce special innovation base servicing for third industry. The area pitches to service industry of manufacture design research sales, cultural and educational industry innovation, consulting, planning, purchasing and dispatching. There are more than 100 enterprises located in this area now.
津南开发区积极打造滨海新区延伸配套区，未来将形成以工业制造业为主，商贸展示、物流仓储、房产开发、服务外包、创意产业等功能齐备的综合性区域。
